Geodesy services in the fields of land cadastre, cadastre of buildings and the cadastre of public service infrastructure

With our extensive experience and outstanding knowledge of the legislation, we manage the most demanding construction projects and offer services such as:

  • regulation of borders,
  • marking of borders,
  • levelling of borders,
  • plot subdivision,
  • land registration,
  • entry in the cadastre,
  • land survey plan,
  • registration of the public service infrastructure.

Engineering geodesy:

  • preparing land survey plans and projective bases,
  • staking out buildings and infrastructural facilities,
  • monitoring and determining the mases for earthmoving works (entrenchments, embankments),
  • observing movements and deformations,
  • guidance when installing electrical and machine equipment,
  • hydrographic measurements.

Mining measurements:

  • guidance in the construction of tunnels, underground roadways and accompanying facilities,
  • measurements for monitoring the coal excavation (raw material extraction) parameters,
  • designing and modifying the mine maps,
  • database maintenance and archiving the mine surveillance documentation,
  • calculation of raw materials stock,
  • assessment of the environmental impact of mining,
  • measurement of verticality of shafts,
  • creating prognosis models for surface movements,
  • establishing and monitoring the observation networks,
  • quarry measurements,
  • preparation of the mining map of the mine space,
  • regulation and maintenance of the border of the exploitation area,
  • calculation and monitoring of the stock and the condition of the exploitation area.

Geodetic support in the installation of mechanical equipment of Unit 6 of TEŠ

Alstom Power Systems GmbH

Within the scope of the construction of Unit 6 of the Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant, very demanding geodetic support was represented by measurements for the purpose of mechanical equipment assembly, where, due to the extremely high accuracy required for the assembly of individual sets of equipment, the measurements had to be carried out consistently, using specific methods and know-how. The installation of the generator stator, which weighs 370 tonnes and is the heaviest machine element of Unit 6, was certainly the biggest challenge when assembling the machine elements on the turbine base.

Automatic system for monitoring the movements and deformations of the cooling tower of Unit 4 of the Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant

Termoelektrarna Šoštanj, d. o. o.

Within the scope of preparatory works and later the construction of Unit 6, we perform measurements of stability of buildings, calculations of movement and accuracy of movement. For this purpose, we established a measurement network for automatic continuous GNSS monitoring, which is composed of state-of-the-art measuring instruments and software, especially adapted for monitoring movements and deformations in real time. The network is composed of three observational GNSS points, located on the rim on the top of the cooling tower of Unit 4, whereas the reference (stable) GNSS point is located in the building of the TEŠ pumping site on the Paka River, and next to it, a point with a tilt sensor.

For the company RGP, d. o. o., OE Proizvodnja kamenih agregatov – kamnolom Paka (Production of stone aggregates Organisational Unit – the Paka Quarry), we made a map of the mine area to assess the state of the quarry. Based on the recorded state and the state of the cadastral borders, we created a map of the mine area, which contains a land survey certificate, various mining and other thematic maps, as well as characteristic profiles, based on which we determine the state of the embankments and verify the calculation of the amount of extracted material.
