Annual design:

350 m of face line,

200 m stable underground facilities,

up to 7.000 m strip underground facilities,

up to 7.000 m liquidations of underground facilities.

Designing the ventilation of underground spaces.

Mine design department deals primarily with the preparation of concepts, planning and designing of underground facilities and works for the preparation and extraction of coal.

A special part of the Mine design department is the Ventilation designs, as proper ventilation of the pit is a precondition for safe and successful underground works. The system of ventilation of the Velenje Coal Mine pit comprises over 60 km of underground spaces.
